7/31/26: Thank you all for your patience! It appears that Verizon has repaired the phone lines, and it appears I have full phone functionality now!

For anyone trying to reach my office - The Whitewood Insurance Agency - 570-426-1158, my Verizon Phone lines have shorted out. We've been using a workaround since 7/29/26 (using my fax line which was still operating on Wednesday - up until this afternoon 7/30/26). At this point, I don't even have VOICE MAIL. The best way to reach me is through Email! I apologize for the inconvenience. Hopefully Verizon will have it resolved in the morning, since there are other customers with this outage....if not, I'll be trying to get another workaround in place.
