This one has been a long time coming... There were ups, downs, offers, disappointments, and more than one house along the way that we thought might be the one… only to have things not work out.

But sometimes a door closes because there’s a better one waiting to open. And in the end, every house that didn’t work out made sense — because THIS house was the best fit of them all.

Seeing those keys in their hands and the smiles on their faces made the entire journey worth it. 🔑✨

So very proud of this kid on the purchase of his VERY FIRST PROPERTY! 🏡🔑

At just 23 years old, he's already making moves and getting himself into the real estate game in Western Pennsylvania.

More than a year ago, a client was introduced to us to finance a distressed property—a great lot in a great location with an old double-wide that needed to come down. 🥳Congratulations to Jackie—the proud owner of her very first investment property!

Jackie had always dreamed of owning a place somewhere along the Southern coast. She felt especially drawn to South Carolina, and for the past six months, we’ve been working with her, guiding her through every step of making that dream happen- and now she owns a vacation rental on 🌴Harbor Island!

Jackie used a DSCR loan, which is an amazing option for first-time investors. Instead of qualifying the traditional way of # W-2s and pay stubs, the loan is based primarily on the property’s projected rental income.

The rent on this property should cover the mortgage, taxes, insurance, and HOA dues—with room for profit. Even better, she now has a beautiful coastal getaway she can enjoy when she can, while vacation renters pay for it. How awesome is that?!
