We are seeking a motivated to join our reputable agency located in Northport, New York. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, serving our diverse clientele with their insurance needs.
This is being offered as an in-person position, as we believe in-person work fosters direct collaboration and team bonding.

Responsibilities:
Develop leads and build relationships with potential clients
Assess clients' insurance needs & present suitable products
Provide excellent customer service & maintain client relationships
Meet sales targets and goals set by the agency
Stay updated on insurance products and industry regulations
Requirements:
Insurance licensing - Personal Lines minimum, P&C preferred
Proven track record in sales, preferably in the insurance industry
Willingness to obtain additional licensing
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Goal-oriented with a strong desire to succeed
