About 45 days ago, The Elite Loan Ladies had the opportunity to attend the Opus Elite Home Show, organized by Nathan Hodson. We met so many incredible people but one connection really stuck.

A couple invited by Tina Trout stopped by to chat. David, a veteran (which hits close to home for us), and his girlfriend didn’t think they were anywhere near ready to buy a home. After just a few minutes of conversation, we set up a time the very next morning to take a deeper look at their finances.
