MSU Les Gourmets The premier annual event in The School is Les Gourmets. Founded as a student organization in 1951, students in Les Gourmets produced their first dinner in 1955.

dreds of student volunteers and all they have learned from their professors and work experiences. Under the direction of Professor Allan Sherwin (BA '64) and with the guidance of other distinguished faculty members and guest chefs, the students work in all areas - management, sales, marketing, purchasing, finance, culinary management, bartending, and serving - creating a night to remember each spring for hundreds of guests.

Last night was a beautiful evening full of friendship, laughter, and love amongst friends, faculty, and students. It was lovely to have so many guests gather to celebrate our Les Gourmets history, and our MSU School of Hospitality Business excellence. Through recognizing our past achievements and celebrating new connections, nights like these are why we do what we do. Thank you to everyone who joined us in honoring 75 years of shining and dining! This is only the beginning as we kick off our 100 years of The School of Hospitality Business with many more celebrations to come… 💎🥂
