The market's still going strong, despite the fact that the inventory appears picked over, and a bit pricy for homes that are dated or in need of rehab work & lots of DI projects..

Probably a golden opportunity for fix n flippers, builders & developers to take advantage of a market where a buyer is willing to pay a premium for a home that is truly turn-key .. with many of the wish-list items and trending design features all ready in place & move in ready.

After all this isn't rocket science.. 😎

This isn't much of a reach but , 2021 is already looking to be a much better year..

The Federal Housing Finance Agency’s (FHFA) just announced it's increasing the maximum conforming loan limits for mortgages acquired by Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac in 2021.

The new limits have been incorporated into our systems effective immediately.

2021 Maximum Limit: $548,250
2021 High-Cost Area Maximum Limit: $822,375

As you may know, Gov't loan limits are at a historic low and the guidelines allow for higher than usual DTI / Debt to Income Ratios, lower Credit Scores and in some cases higher loan to value %'s ..
