Over the last few years I’ve learned two things about this industry:

1️⃣ Most professionals are leaving money on the table — not because they aren’t good at what they do…
but because their brokerage isn’t built to multiply what they bring to the table.

2️⃣ Alignment matters.
If the model doesn’t support the way you work, then every year is just another lap on the same track.

So going into 2026, I’m making a strategic shift.

I’m opening my own NEXA branch to expand what I offer as an MLO and I’ll be moving my real estate license to AXEN Realty as soon as NJ goes live — so I can build under a structure that rewards:
