……what’s a COI? 😭😂

PLEASE do not wait until you are sitting in the vendor parking lot and the organizer says, “We just need your Certificate of Insurance before you can set up.”

That is not the time to discover you need one.

If you’re doing vendor fairs, farmers markets, festivals, pop-ups or community events this fall, check your insurance requirements BEFORE event day.

And if they ask you for a COI?

Call your insurance agent.

Preferably while I’m still drinking my coffee and not while you’re unloading a 10x10 tent in a field. 😂

What an incredible night with our veterans at American Legion Post 567 in Orchard Park. ❤️🇺🇸

We ate way too many snacks, laughed way too hard, and enjoyed ourselves exactly as much as we deserved to.

It was truly an honor to spend the evening with the amazing members of the Post, sharing stories, watching The Sandlot, and simply enjoying great company.

Thank you for welcoming us. We're grateful to have been a small part of such a special evening, and we can't wait to come back.

🐾 Meet the newest member of our team… Zeus! ❤️

He's inspired by my own Labrador, and from the moment we started dreaming about what our agency should stand for, I knew he belonged here too.

Now, before anyone asks... 😂

No, Zeus won't actually be hanging out at the office. He's a 130-pound lovable wrecking ball with absolutely no manners. We love him dearly, but he'd probably knock over the coffee table, steal your snacks, and greet you like you've been gone for 10 years.

Instead, you'll be seeing Zeus where he shines best—through our stickers, community events, Red Net projects, kids' giveaways, and all of the fun marketing we'll be creating to spread kindness throughout our community.

His job is simple: make people smile, remind us to be good neighbors, and add a little extra joy wherever our agency goes.

After all...
