Join us in raising a glass (or a coffee mug ☕) to the incredible Karin, who is celebrating her work anniversary with Blue Sky Homes!
Karin joined our team on June 6th, 2022, marking 4 years of dedication, expertise, and heart that she brings to work every single day.
If you know Karin, you know she is an absolute powerhouse in the property management world. In fact, she’s been in the industry more than out of it since 1999! From managing large apartment complexes and onsite townhouse communities to single-family homes, there isn’t a property challenge she hasn't successfully tackled.
🏡 A Journey to Finding Home
Originally licensed in Oregon and having managed properties across Washington, Karin has officially made Idaho her home—and she says she has never felt more at home anywhere else! We are so lucky that her journey brought her to the Gem State and to the Blue Sky Homes family.
Karin truly thrives on both sides of the property management coin. She loves helping owners navigate and solve the unique challenges that come with owning an investment property, while simultaneously ensuring tenants feel completely safe, comfortable, and truly at home in their rentals.
