Mountain Mortgage Woman - Susanne Schlador My number one goal is to be your trusted mortgage advisor thru all life's changes. Originally from California, the place I call home is Idaho.

As your mortgage advisor my goal is to provide the highest quality of services by using a planned approach with open communication, persistence, and a deep wealth of knowledge in the lending industry. Through active listening and a tried-and-true process, I strive to meet all your needs by providing a strategic plan for a successful mortgage transaction. I'm thinking two steps ahead by anticipatin

g challenges and friction points with consistent communication to provide an easy loan process from start to finish. I am dedicated to providing customers with the information needed to make sound balance brain decisions. I graduated from California Polytechnic State University where I received a B.S. in Business Administration. Early in my career I was in market research which I found very rewarding and fun while working on-site at Dreyer's ice cream. Our family moved to Idaho in 2020 before it was fashionable! I ran my own business for five years before taking the plunge into the challenging mortgage industry. I can honestly say "I love my job." It is always moving and allowing me to problem solve to the best of my abilities. There are regulatory changes around every corner, new clients to meet while always optimizing the client experience. And I have the privilege of working with like-minded realtors who have the same standard of excellence that I set for myself every day! My end goal for all my clients is that you have a deep level of trust in our relationship allowing you to enthusiastically recommend me to your friends and family. It is the best form of compliment you can provide. It is my intent to become your Mortgage Advisor through all life’s seasons. I look forward to connecting with you personally.

Need more space before the school year starts? Summer is one of the most popular times for families to make a move, and for good reason. It gives you time to get settled, establish routines, and even make a move into a new school district before classes begin.
But many homeowners are still sitting on the sidelines waiting for interest rates to fall.
The reality? Waiting isn't always the most affordable strategy.
Today's homebuyers have more options than many people realize, including:
✔️ Temporary and permanent rate buydown options
✔️ Programs that help you buy before you sell
✔️ Solutions to help make your current home more marketable to potential buyers
✔️ Strategies for leveraging the equity you've already built
If your family has outgrown your current home, it may be worth exploring what's possible today rather than waiting for the "perfect" market.
The right home for your next chapter could be closer than you think.
