We just did a Multi Family, Fannie Mae, $1.36M cash out and 5.5% 10 year fixed rate. We were expecting about a 6% rate, but with good timing and great lending partners, we were able to get a better ex*****on in the secondary market than we expected, saving our client over $50,000!!!

My client used the cash from a cash out refinance to buy another property free and clear. He expanded his portfolio by 20+ units!
