I was recently in a difficult situation with the transition of a construction loan. I asked her to help me with a refi and in about 2 weeks, she had my refi completed with a good rate. She is very personable, a great communicator and treats clients as if you were her only client. Said differently, you aren't a number or a commission in her eyes. I would highly recommend Tonya for refinances, regular mortgage loans and construction loans.
