On July 30th in the 300 block of Caldwell Blvd the suspect attempted to solicit s*x from a female victim and groped her when she refused.
He fled the scene on the black bike in the photo.
The suspect is described as a white male adult with a white beard.

Update** Back in Custody 👏

Aug. 11 -- The Idaho Department of Correction is searching for a Nampa Community Reentry Center resident who walked away from his job in the community.
Justin Wallis, IDOC #95791, was last seen at a job site in Nampa at 6:00 a.m. Monday.
Wallis, 36, is 5 feet 6 inches tall, weighs about 170 pounds and has blue eyes and brown hair. He was wearing ​tan pants and a black hoodie.
Wallis’ record includes convictions for burglary in Ada County. He was eligible for parole on July 7, 2018. His sentence was scheduled to be satisfied on Jan. 6, 2026.
Anyone with information about Wallis' whereabouts should call 911.
