Let’s talk LTV. 🏡

Loan-to-Value is one of the first numbers your lender looks at. If you borrow $400,000 on a $500,000 home, your LTV is 80%.

Why does it matter? A lower LTV can mean better rates and more loan options. On a conventional loan, staying at or below 80% usually means no private mortgage insurance (PMI).
