Where are rates going? We did see slight relief for the time around Thanksgiving but the future view is, I believe, well summed up in this article. We have a jobs report on Friday coming up and the Fed will be meeting later this month and those will have an effect on rates, the only question is will it go up or down after those numbers are released?

The big question for many homebuyers right now is what's going to happen with home loan rates this month.
