Having “GRIT” could be described as possessing a willingness to suffer in pursuit of a higher or more meaningful long-term goals. Aligning one’s actions with a vision that transcends fleeting motivation in order to achieve their purpose even in the absence of comfort, encouragement, or immediate reward.
In 2024, as a team, the three of us that make up Team Fahrner helped 133 families and generated over $45 million in funded home loans during a market that left many others in our field in ruin. In 2025, we don’t, “plan to” or “hope to” beat last year’s numbers. We will… without question… reach far beyond that them. We know this because we embrace the value of consistent and sustained efforts day after day. Week in week out.
