We are starting to see more price reductions, but before you do that, letβs say your home is listed at $600,000. Your seller asks you to drop the price to draw more buyers in, BUT WAIT did you know by just paying $6,000 for the buyer to buy down their rate it actually saves them more in monthly payment than you lowering sales price by $20,000 or more?? This is what we call a Seller Buy Down!
