Since signing our new concession agreement with Alaska State Parks in 2020, we’ve been working on a master plan to guide Arctic Valley’s future. While this process has taken longer than we hoped, we’re finally ready to present our plans for the future of Arctic Valley!

The Master Plan includes upgrades such as a maintenance shop, lift replacement plan, additional public use cabins, expanded snow tubing park, lights, snowmaking, lodge expansion, parking, access, and trailhead improvements, and more.
