Due to the recent app update on retail online and online banking all one time passcode emails are being sent to the current email used. If you do not receive emails in your normal inbox, please check your “junk” and/or “spam” folder in email to receive the one time code. Your phone is capable of receiving One time passcodes in your inbox but you may have to move emails from spam/junk to be received in main inbox. Please call for any questions, we will be happy to help you
