We are seeking a motivated Insurance Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for offering various types of insurance policies to new and existing clients, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services
- Establish client relationships and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Provide professional advice, process policy applications, and maintain accurate records
- Stay updated on product knowledge and continuously improve offering techniques
- Assist clients with claims processes and policy modifications
Requirements:

* Must be willing to call on customers
* Be willing to call on Local Businesses
* Must have your TN Insurance License in P/C and Life.
Salary + Commission based on your experience.
Proven experience in retail sales, sales administration, or insurance sales
- Outside sales experience is beneficial
