If you’ve experienced a loss, here are some tips to file a claim:

✅ Give our office a call at 815-584-3722 — we’ll walk you through the process and help get your claim started.

✅ You can also file directly at www.countryfinancial.com, through the mobile app, or by calling 1-866-COUNTRY.

✅ Make a list of damaged that has ocurred and take photos to document everything.

✅ If safe to do so, take steps to prevent further damage (like covering a damaged roof).
