From marketing to reputation management to recruitment of new employees, the Internet plays a major role in the Bank’s overall strategy. First Texoma National Bank’s goal with a social media presence is to provide existing customers with information, conversations and engagement opportunities relative to activities at the bank and community. To create sufficient awareness in the local marketplace that results in new customers and to communicate with the media regarding its ongoing activates and history. Social media provides a channel through which demonstrates our compliance with the Community Reinvestment Act. SECURITY: Customer service questions will be answered by calling the bank during banking hours, 580-924-4242, visiting our webpage at www.ftnb.net, or making a visit to one of our locations. We ask that our customers please do not include their Social Security Number, account number or request financial information or transactions when contacting us online, posting in a public comment or a direct message. First Texoma National Bank will never ask for Social Security numbers, account information, passwords, or PINs via social media or email. First Texoma National Bank is not responsible for the privacy and security policies or practices of the social media channels and ask customers to review the individual policies for each social media platform. Facebook and other social media platforms are owned and operated by a third party not affiliated with First Texoma National Bank. Social Media is a public forum.
