borrower just calls wanting to know why I sent him an invoice. I tell the guy, we'll I made you a loan and you now owe me interest on the loan.

I tell the guy that was disclosed in his loan commitment letter and in his loan documents. He responds that he didn't bother to read the documents at closing. Sigh.........
