Roof Damage? Before You File a Claim—Read This!

Your insurance does NOT cover:

• Faulty installation
•Poor workmanship
•Wear and tear
•An old, failing roof

Claims are for sudden and accidental damage caused by a covered event (like hail or wind). I’ve had to break the bad news to many people that their claim wasn’t covered—don’t let that happen to you.

Talk to your agent before filing a claim! A denied or $0 claim still goes on your record—and that can cost you later.

Also—just because there’s some damage doesn’t always mean you need a full roof replacement. Sometimes, a simple repair is the better (and cheaper) option. Ask your roofer if the damage is from a SINGLE event and if they believe it’s a total loss.

While I can’t recommend a specific roofer, I can share feedback on the local companies we know and trust.

WE ARE GROWING!!! 🤗
Last year we purchased the old clinic on Beech, and just a few weeks ago we began the remodel. 🙌
This building was MESS! 😭
But I had a vision, and soon it will be our new location! 🎉🎉
We had no idea how fast we would outgrow our current location, but we never thought it would be this fast! 🤪
I am so thankful for each of you that have been loyal customers since the 2000’s (It feels like yesterday, but it’s been almost 2 decades!) 🫶
I will be posting updates as we get this building remodeled and ready to move in! ❤️
