Kemba Charleston Federal Credit Union has been notified that TruStage, a provider of insurance and protection products offered through credit unions, recently experienced a cybersecurity incident that is currently under investigation.

Kemba's core banking systems, online banking, debit cards, and member accounts have NOT been affected. The incident is limited to TruStage's systems.

As always, if you receive unsolicited emails, phone calls, or text messages requesting personal or financial information while claiming to be from TruStage or other trusted sources, please do not respond. Contact us directly if you have questions or concerns.

We will continue to monitor the situation and share updates as they become available.

Kemba Charleston FCU is collecting school supplies to help local students and teachers get ready for the new school year. If you haven’t donated yet, there’s still time to make a difference for a local classroom.
