🎀 FACT FRIDAY | Breast Cancer Awareness Month 🎀

Behind every number is someone loved.

The American Cancer Society estimates that 290 women in West Virginia will lose their lives to breast cancer in 2026. That's 290 mothers, daughters, sisters, friends, and neighbors whose lives matter.

These numbers remind us why breast cancer awareness, early detection, and access to care are so important.

Throughout October, Kemba Charleston FCU is raising funds for the WV Breast Health Initiative through our paper pumpkin and breast cancer awareness merchandise sales.

Every contribution helps support a cause close to home.
