We are looking for an Administrative Assistant for our Sunray Location. This is an in office job - 7:00 am to 5:00 pm - Preference is for applicants to live in or very near to Sunray, but not required.

· 4+ years of experience in similar role
· Proficient with Excel, Word, Outlook, Office 365, and SharePoint Online
· Experience using an Enterprise Resource Planning accounting system like Microsoft Dynamics SL and an HR/Payroll software like ADP.
· Work requires professional written and verbal communication and people skills.
· Experience in Construction or Oilfield Services preferred.
