The government just dropped $1,000 for your child. Did you claim it yet?

The Trump Accounts app officially launched May 28, 2026 — and families are already signing up.

Here is what you need to know right now.

Who qualifies for the $1,000?
Your child must be a U.S. citizen with a valid Social Security Number born between January 1, 2025 and December 31, 2028. Any child under 18 can open an account — but the free $1,000 is only for kids born in that window.

How much can you add?
Up to $5,000 per year from parents, employers, family members, or nonprofits. The first $2,500 from employer contributions is excluded from your taxable income.

What can they use it for?
At age 18 your child can use it for education, buying a home, or starting a business.

How do you sign up?
Submit IRS Form 4547 and activate at TrumpAccounts.gov. Link is in my bio.

Important — watch out for scams. Official emails come ONLY from [email protected]. The government will never call or text you about this.

This is free money sitting on the table. Don't leave it there.

U.S. 30-Year Treasury Bonds just hit 5% for the first time since 2007.

💰 The government borrowed $25 BILLION
📈 Investors demanded a 5.046% return

Higher bond yields can mean:
• Higher mortgage rates
• More expensive borrowing
• Bigger returns on “safe money”

Translation:
People now can earn around 5% from U.S. government bonds, so investors may think twice before taking bigger risks elsewhere.

Money is getting more expensive again.
