“The regional office of Kraus-Anderson celebrated its relocation into the historic Duluth National Bank building, 2000 W. Superior St.

Titanium Partners bought the 22,000-square-foot historic Duluth National Bank building in Lincoln Park from U.S. Bank. Kraus-Anderson recently entered into a seven-year lease with Titanium for the newly renovated space.

There is still work to be done on the second floor, which has 7,000 square feet of additional office space available for lease. Titanium Partners CEO Brian Forcier estimates that roughly $3 million will have been invested in the project once finished.

The building originally opened as Duluth National Bank in 1922. It was purchased by First Bank Stock Corp in 1956 before merging with U.S. Bank in the 1990s. The Lincoln Park U.S. Bank branch closed in 2020, and Titanium Partners purchased the building the following year.”

The building is now the proud home to eight businesses, including Kraus-Anderson, Acrisure, Toys for Keeps, and more.

After 25 years, the construction management and real estate development company moved its Duluth regional office to Lincoln Park.

Looking to help support local businesses in Duluth’s Lincoln Park Craft District during the evening and weekends? Thank you! Parking is available in our lot at the intersection of W Superior Street and S 20th Ave W, directly across the street from the Duluth National Bank Building, a Titanium Partners property, and our great tenants including Kraus-Anderson, Toys for Keeps, Acrisure, Northwoods Therapeutic Services , BrightStar Care of Duluth MN, and more.

From 8 am until 5 pm, Monday through Friday, this lot is reserved for our awesome tenants of the Bank Building. It is available for public parking in the evenings and weekends, and you’re able to pay online by scanning the QR code. We have stepped up enforcement to ensure only tenants with a parking permit are using the lot during business hours, however we invite and encourage others to use the pay lot in the evenings and weekends.
