We are proud to spotlight Dr. Danette O’Neal, President, whose leadership reflects both breadth and depth across real estate, education, and service.
Known affectionately as Dr. O, she brings a rare combination of practitioner expertise, academic leadership, and national REALTOR® involvement. Her career spans brokerage ownership, nonprofit leadership, higher education, mediation and arbitration, and national exam development, grounding her leadership in both theory and real-world application.
Dr. O’s experience includes serving in senior leadership roles within REALTOR® organizations at the local and state level, developing coursework and examinations that shape the profession, and mentoring future leaders through education and service. Her work reflects a deep commitment to excellence, accountability, and preparing REALTORS® to lead in an evolving industry.
