One of our team's favorite days of the year - Quarterly Team Meeting! This insightful hour brought teammates together, where they heard a variety of updates and stories, including:
▪️ Mike Hessling, President, provided a business update along with a short reflection on his time at C&B so far. The takeaway: C&B is a special place filled with people eager to do better.
▪️ Emily Glanz, VP, and Julie Oeth, VP, shared a story about how when we show up for clients as our authentic selves, put their needs above all, and bring the whole C&B team together, incredible things can happen.
▪️ Trent Tangen, AVP, highlighted one team's exponential growth, what led to clients wanting additional services from us, and how our teammates out-perform the industry standards.
▪️ David Becker, CEO, began the meeting honoring Alice Butler and how her mission in life was to leave the world better than she found it. He returned to the stage to close-out with a discussion on optimism, drawing parallels between innovative cultures and C&B's commitment to excellence.

At our most recent Empower Hour, attendees participated in a hands-on workshop designed to help them take control of their schedules. Through guided exercises, participants identified their non-negotiables, cut through the noise, and walked away with actionable strategies to reclaim time each week.
