Lori brings more than 40 years of banking experience to Capra Bank, with a career built around treasury management, client relationships, and exceptional service. Originally from Salt Lake City, Utah, she moved to the Boise area 30 years ago and has since become a well-known leader in the Treasure Valley banking community.

Beginning her career as a teller in 1985, Lori advanced through a variety of banking and treasury management roles, ultimately serving as a senior treasury sales leader and trusted advisor to businesses throughout the region. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and has completed extensive professional development through the American Bankers Association and holds an Electronic Data Interchange certification.

A Leadership Boise graduate and active community volunteer, Lori has served as a mentor, board member, and guest lecturer throughout her career. She and her husband have three children and four grandchildren. Outside of work, she enjoys travel, outdoor concerts, gluten-free baking, and collecting classic band t-shirts.

Randy Lucero brings more than 20 years of banking leadership experience to Capra Bank, with a career built on commercial banking, business development, and helping New Mexico businesses thrive. A native of Santa Fe, Randy comes from a family with deep roots in Northern New Mexico and has spent his career building lasting relationships throughout the region.

Throughout his career, Randy has led high-performing retail and business banking teams while helping businesses access lending, treasury management, and other financial solutions that support long-term growth. His leadership experience includes overseeing regional banking operations, developing commercial relationships, and fostering partnerships that strengthen local businesses and communities.

Randy has also been deeply involved in the Santa Fe community, serving in leadership roles with organizations including the Santa Fe Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, Santa Fe Habitat for Humanity, and the Santa Fe Small Business Incubator.

Outside of work, Randy enjoys spending time with family and friends and remains passionate about supporting the continued growth and success of the community he has always called home.

We're delighted to welcome Kelly Noles as the latest addition to the Capra team in Boise!

Kelly brings more than 25 years of banking experience to Capra Bank, with a career built on commercial banking, credit expertise, and helping businesses achieve long-term success. Kelly has resided in Boise since 2003 after graduating from Eastern Washington University, where she earned a bachelor's degree in Finance with a minor in Economics.

Kelly began her banking career in 1999 as a teller while attending college and has steadily advanced through a variety of commercial banking and credit leadership roles. Her experience spans commercial lending, credit analysis, relationship management, and credit administration, giving her a well-rounded understanding of the financial needs of businesses across a wide range of industries. Throughout her career, she has built a reputation for developing strong client relationships and providing thoughtful financial guidance that supports long-term growth. In addition to her bachelor's degree, Kelly earned an associate degree from Walla Walla Community College.

Kelly enjoys spending time with her 12-year-old daughter and taking advantage of everything Idaho has to offer. Whether she's attending live music, skiing, hiking, or exploring the outdoors, she values an active lifestyle and making lasting memories with family and friends.

Join us in welcoming Kurt Gustavel to the Capra Bank team as Chairman of our Boise Community Board.

Kurt has spent more than three decades in Idaho’s business community as a bank CEO, entrepreneur, and investor. A lifetime Idahoan, Kurt has dedicated his career to building organizations that create value for customers, shareholders, and Idaho.

Kurt earned a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from the University of Idaho before launching his banking career in 1991 through a management training program. He spent 25 years building Idaho Independent Bank in various roles, ultimately serving as its President, Chief Executive Officer, and Director. During his tenure, he led the bank's expansion into the Boise market, successfully guided the organization through the 2008 financial crisis, and oversaw a major strategic bank merger.

Following his banking career, Kurt co-founded Venture Title & Escrow Company and became a founding partner of an Idaho-based private investment firm. He is also a graduate of the ABA Stonier Graduate School of Banking.

Kurt and his wife, Leanne, have two sons, Jackson and Carson. Outside of work, he enjoys trail running in the Boise foothills, golfing, and spending time with his family.

Ben Moore brings nearly 20 years of banking experience and a deep connection to the Treasure Valley. Raised in Boise, Ben began his banking career in 2007 as a teller and steadily advanced through a variety of roles in retail banking, trust services, special assets, and commercial banking before leading commercial banking teams. His broad experience and relationship-focused approach help businesses navigate opportunities and achieve long-term success.

Ben earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology from The College of Idaho and is an honors graduate of Pacific Coast Banking School. He currently serves on the boards of Bogus Basin Recreation Association and Learning Lab and has previously held advisory roles with Create Common Good and United Way of Treasure Valley.

Ben and his wife, Lauren, have two children, Luke and Maddie. Outside of work, he enjoys skiing, whitewater rafting, mountain biking, camping, golfing, and spending time outdoors with his family.
