Exciting Changes Coming Soon!
We are excited to announce a conversion to our new core computer software! We will be performing a system upgrade to our banking services the weekend of February 14, 2025. We will close at 3 p.m. on Friday, February 14th (including the drive up), closed Saturday, February 15th, be closed for President’s day on February 17th, and resume our normal hours Tuesday, February 18th. We are excited about these changes and have been working tirelessly to make this transition as smooth as possible for our customers. You can be assured that all personal data and account information is safe and secure, as always.
THINGS TO KNOW:
• Customer account numbers will stay the same.
• After the conversion, all business transacted before the bank closes will be considered on “today’s business.” Our business hours are not changing. Saturday’s business will post on Monday like it currently does.
• Online banking will experience downtime beginning Friday, February 14th at 2 p.m and will be restored onTuesday, February 18th. We hope to have our app up and running as soon as possible.
• If you currently receive statements via postal mail, you will continue to do so. As always, we encourage customers to enroll in eStatements for instant access to their statements.
• Make sure your contact information is up to date.
• As always, have back up cash and/or other payment methods available for the long weekend. Our ATM and debit cards will be available for cash withdrawals and purchases throughout the conversion. Balance inquiries and transfers will not be available during conversion weekend. The mobile app will experience down time beginning 2 p.m. Friday, February 14th.
• If you want a record of statements prior to February 14th, we suggest you download or print eStatements in your Online Banking prior to the fourteenth.
• You will receive multiple statements for February transactions. We will be generating checking and savings statements on Friday, February 14th for all accounts. If you currently receive an electronic statement (eStatement), we will PRINT and mail the interim statements to you. Future statements will generate on the 15th and last business day of every month for checking accounts. Regular savings account statements will continue to be provided quarterly or as required by regulation.
We appreciate your business and look forward to the many advantages our new core banking system will provide. Should you have questions, please give us a call at 254-445-4400.
