There are still people who WANT to talk to a human about their insurance.

We've been working behind the scenes on a better communication system to make things easier, faster, and more organized for our clients.

The goal? Less phone tag -- Less back-and-forth -- Quicker, more precise answers. -- And MORE time for deeper coverage conversations with clients.

Our team will be spending less time chasing paperwork and more time helping people truly understand their coverage, risks, claims, and options.

We’re adding scheduling options that will allow you to reserve dedicated time directly with the person you need to speak with instead of trying to catch them between calls all day. Phone tag, anyone?

Please have grace with our staff over the next week or so as we continue making adjustments to our communication systems. There will absolutely be email errors as the system is fine tuned by our tech team.

At the end of the day, insurance is still a relationship business... But if you hate talking to people, we got ya there too 😂

Our Co-Founder and COO, Jessica Holder, recently returned from presenting at Agent Brokers United Conference and Tradeshow in Las Vegas, where she spoke to hundreds of agency owners and industry professionals.

We do not handle claims randomly.

When a claim comes in, it goes directly to our claims team. The claims team help guide the process, work with adjusters and carriers, follow up, and help keep everything moving toward resolution.
