​Our hearts go out to everyone impacted by today's fires. In moments like this, words fall short, but please know that you are not alone. The Du Quoin Chamber of Commerce and our entire town stand fully behind you, ready to help you rebuild and recover.

​We are actively rallying our local network to provide immediate relief. To help us coordinate effective community-wide aid, we ask that affected business owners send us a detailed list of what you need.

​Whether your priorities include temporary office space, replacement tech and laptops, emergency supplies, or specific equipment to keep operations moving—please let us know. No need is too big, too small, or too specific.

We always have the best time volunteering in the concession stands. Come see us in the grandstand this week and weekend & support the local organizations volunteering with us.

In what world do we not love the Marching Indians? The gang was back together last night for Wiz.

When you purchase concessions in the grandstands, all tips go to local groups/organizations. Last night was the Marching Indians. They’re not new here. They know what they’re doing and how to serve you.

They’ll be back again. Come visit other volunteer groups at our concessions during the fair!

We are OPEN and answering phones today.

Our physical office will be closed this morning, and we’ll be back in the office this afternoon. Until then, our team is working, answering calls, helping clients, writing policies, and taking care of business.

Despite what you may have heard, we have not closed, disappeared, been evicted, or entered witness protection.

Meet Ellie, the newest member of the Eclipse Insurance team.

There’s one thing a little different about Ellie: **she’s AI.**

Ellie is our new AI receptionist, and she’s here to make it easier to reach Eclipse when our office is closed. She’ll be answering calls after hours and on weekends, so you don’t have to wait until the next business day to get in touch with us.

Right now, Ellie can:

* Take down information about a policy change
* Help you get started on an insurance quote
* Schedule a callback from our team
* Take a message
* Answer questions and help point you in the right direction
* And quite a bit more

**Eclipse is a team of seven real humans, and we plan to keep it that way.** Our goal with technology isn’t to replace people. It’s to expand what our people are capable of doing.

If Ellie can handle a message at 8:00 on a Saturday night, gather the information we need for a policy change, or help someone start a quote while our team is home with their families, that gives our seven humans more capacity to focus on the work that actually needs a human.

A Message from Eclipse Leadership

There have been a lot of changes at Eclipse recently and we know there has also been a lot of conversation about the agency.

Unfortunately, some of what is being shared publicly isn’t true.

We’re not going to argue with people on Facebook or discuss individual client situations publicly. We are going to protect our agency, our team and the reputation we’ve worked hard to build.

If someone has a concern about an experience with Eclipse, contact the agency privately. We have systems in place that allow us to review calls, communications, service requests, claims and policy activity so that we can understand what happened and address it appropriately.

If you have a concern, contact the agency directly so it can be looked into.

As for Eclipse… we’re here, fully operational, and moving forward with more efficiency than we had 2 months ago.

Today, 7 professionals make up the Eclipse team, including an expanded executive leadership team… and that doesn’t include support staff. We’ve added two new carrier partnerships, we’re strengthening security and identity verification for our clients, and we’re continuing to invest in technology and better processes.

There is a lot we’re excited about, and you’ll be seeing more of it in the coming weeks and months.

Change can create a lot of noise. We’re going to stay focused on what we can control: serving clients, supporting our team and continuing to build.

We are always looking for ways to provide an advanced client experience. Recently there’s been major investments in our team, technology and security to ensure we're providing the best experience possible.

Here's what's new:

-Our team includes 8 professionals, three of which are executive leadership who are working with our licensed advisors, and client support specialists to provide knowledgeable guidance and exceptional experience.

-We've expanded our leadership team to strengthen our operations, improve efficiency, and ensure we're building an agency that will continue serving our communities for many years to come.

-We just added two new carrier partnerships, giving both current and future clients access to more coverage options and additional opportunities for competitive pricing.

-Security… Unfortunately, insurance agencies are increasingly being targeted by fraud and identity theft attempts. To protect our clients, we're implementing additional identity verification procedures before certain policy changes are made. It may add a few extra moments to some requests, but it's one more way we're working to safeguard your policies and personal information.

We're also continuing to invest in technology and streamlined processes that make doing business with Eclipse easier, faster, and more convenient.

Everything we do is guided by one goal: providing an outstanding experience while helping protect what matters most to you.

We’ve invested in a specialized claim reporting product that won’t leave clients guessing on “what to do next.”

Our app and client portal walk you through the claim step by step, so there’s no second-guessing what information you’ll need. Once submitted, your claim goes directly to our dedicated Claims Manager, who reviews everything, helps if anything is missing, and then gets it to the insurance carrier to begin the claims process.
