In the month of January, I had 17 deposits into my bank account as a life insurance broker from only the policies that I personally wrote. My teaching job and most jobs get paid 2 times a month. 17 paychecks in a month...let that sink in...lots of flexibility to write your own income and story based on the work that you are willing to do.
Choosing how much income I make each month from the wealthiest industry in the world comes from putting my head down and working really hard, controlling my schedule, honoring the balance of family and work life, and not giving in to taking the easy way out when I'm tired or when things didn't go the way I hoped.
I have goals for my family, myself, and my business that I am no longer afraid to push for. When you see your hard work paying off as long as you follow the system that's set up for you, you know you cannot lose.
My agents in the Marshall Insurance Agency are excited for their growing wins too, which is what I cannot wait to witness, coach, and support! Momentum is contagious, and I can't wait to see how our agency grows this year! 2026 is going to make a big impact in the lives of our clients and agents...I just feel it! We are only one month in, and we have already protected 20 families on a part-time basis!

Did you notice I didn't say anything about needing to have a background in life insurance when you begin? Just like learning to ride a bike, you will get better each time you get on the phone with a client and learn their individual needs and circumstances. All of our clients requested coverage information, so there's no cold calling! Be a human first, and the rest becomes simple. When you really listen to people's hearts, it will become second nature to you to know how to best help them solve their family's coverage needs. It's an awesome feeling knowing you hold a special part in their family's future, and that they've come to know and entrust you with their goals and best interest. ๐ฅนโค๏ธ
