Realtors and buyers out there I have a loan product that only needs one borrower credit score the co borrower can't have a score.

Now, only one borrower needs a credit score

Starting today, we have removed our credit score overlay that previously required every borrower on conventional loans to have a credit score. So, if at least one borrower has a credit score and the loan is AUS approved, additional borrowers without a credit score can still be included.

Realestate agents out there do you have a buyer who credit score is low and can't qualify for a mortgage or an certain product. I have the solution for you Vantage score used instead of FICO scores. Vantage scores are higher and sometimes as high as 100 points higher. This credit engine is on;y used for Conventional purchases and refinance s. Buyers out there that are or were looking to buy a home or refinance a mortgage and couldn't or didn't go through with the mortgage because your credit score was too low. I have a solution Vantage score which can be used with one of my mortgage investors who is the largest investors in the country and with Conventional purchases and refinances. Your scores could possibly increase by up to 100 points. What that means to you is lower down payments on purchases, lower interest rates and lower PMI insurance if need be.
