This documentary was the best information I have seen on health and wellness in many years. You can watch it for free on Netflix or you can buy it on YouTube for $3.99. Well worth it.

Your mobile phone account could be hijacked by an identity thief. Lorrie Cranor, the former Chief Technology Officer for the Federal Trade Commission had her phone account hijacked. This is a real threat to anyone who's cell phone number is readily available on the internet or in any public area. KSL did a story last night that shows that hackers could do significant damage to you if they only have your cell phone number. Very good article on the benefits of using a health insurance agent. It doesn't cost clients anything to use a broker. It can save them money.
