Conventional loan limits are going up higher than expected! For 2023 it was anticipated they would go from $647k to $715k. They ended up raising it to $726,200! So what does this mean? Someone could buy a $764k home with only 5% down! That’s a lot of cash you can now keep in your pocket, as most jumbo loans require 20% down. To us, this shows that home prices will not be coming down as much as the main stream media would have you believe.
