One experience really stands out. A buyer on one of my listings was days from losing the transaction after their original lender could not close the deal. As a last effort, I suggested they call Brian. He stepped in, got the loan done, saved the transaction, and the buyers couldn't have been happier.
What I appreciate most is that Brian is honest and realistic from the beginning. He doesn't overpromise just to get a file. If he says he can close the loan, I trust that he will. That honesty saves everyone time, frustration, and unnecessary emotional investment.
He's also incredibly accessible. He answers his phone, even on weekends, responds quickly, and keeps everyone informed throughout the process.
