A few of the steps after you go under contract:
- paying earnest money
- sending up to date loan documents
- set a closing date
- home inspection
- potential repairs if needed
- home appraisal
- loan will go into underwriting
- turn utilities of home over to you
- pay due diligence fees
- close on the house and move in!

It will look different from loan to loan and home to home, but most likely things will move steadily along between going under contract and closing! Get the best team and you’ll have much less to worrry about!
