This is crazy! We are moving so fast on mortgages:
Day 1: I submitted a loan for approval. . .
Day 1 (continued): Received approval for the loan
Day 1 (still. . .): Sent out initial closing disclosure (CD)
Day 1 (still day 1??): CD was signed!
I love being able to move so quickly! It makes it easy to exceed expectations.

Can you imagine having $100,000+ of credit card debt? 🤑📉🤪That is thousands of dollars in payments every month to credit card companies.
I was working with a client this week that wanted to pay of their debt, but it was going to take years! That's when I reached out to them.
With the housing market right now, they were sitting on massive equity that helped them pay off credit cards. Then using the money they are saving each month, they can make additional principal payments to pay off their house off in 10 years!! Crazy!
