Some deals aren’t about timing the market. They’re about timing LIFE.
My seller didn’t come to me casually. She came after conversations with five different Realtors, and a growing realization that none of them could clearly articulate a plan that worked.

Selling a home you bought as your forever home is a different kind of loss when the decision comes soon after you purchased it.
Especially after investing long term money into a roof, new flooring, appliances and furniture when the market only gained 2% last year.

What she didn’t need was optimism or platitudes.
She needed honesty. Strategy. And someone willing to sit in the discomfort with her and still move decisively forward.

Then came the buyers.
