July was a rollercoaster month! Here’s a recap:

🤝Helped troubleshoot and finance a manufactured home with missing HUD plates
🤝Closed a refinance in 10 days to ensure a separate purchase would close.
🤝Financed a purchase on a listing that was unknowingly tied up in probate.
🤝 Pivoted to secure financing on a purchase when buyer’s previous residence didn’t sell before closing x 2 (happens more than you realize)
