One of the biggest lessons I learned about leadership came when I was one of the lowest-performing agents.

My mentor saw something in me that I couldn’t see in myself.

He taught me to look beyond someone’s current results and invest in who they could become.

But the part that really changed how I build a team? How far ahead he was thinking.

That’s a lesson I carry into every person I develop today.

At 22, I was making $18 an hour. I had no idea what this photo would mean 18 years later.

Four kids. A multimillion dollar business. A life we once couldn’t imagine.

Never thought I’d be in rooms like this.

From Compton, CA to the New York Stock Exchange. 📈

There was a time when this world felt so far removed from the life I knew. Now I get to walk into these rooms with people I love, representing a business and a mission we’ve spent years building.

I’m grateful for the success, but even more grateful for where God is positioning us.

Every room has prepared us for the next room.
Every season has increased our capacity.
And I truly believe we’re just getting started.
