This role requires a dependable professional who can handle deliveries, inspections, evictions, property showings, and coordination with contractors, tenants, and municipal offices. The Field Officer will serve as the “boots on the ground” representative of Ramar Capital, ensuring that all properties are properly maintained, compliant, and efficiently managed.
Qualifications
Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation (truck/van preferred).
Previous experience in property management, real estate, or construction fieldwork preferred.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to handle sensitive tenant interactions professionally.
Basic knowledge of building systems, code compliance, and property maintenance.
Comfortable using smartphones, apps, and email for documentation and coordination.
Must be able to lift and transport materials as needed.
