Last week, we had a tankless water heater project at a residential home in Anaheim. This home is saving water and gas with this new tankless water heater. Also it is a space saver in the garage. Since tankless water heaters can heat up water "instantly" when used, there is considerably less energy wasted heating a stored amount of water around 30 gallons.
