Living the American Dream

This picture doesn’t capture the emotion I felt as I placed the last flower pot in its spot and stepped back to admire and take a photo. I stood watching the wind majestically wave that big beautiful flag and my heart was overwhelming full of pride, joy, hope, and excitement.

If you asked me 20 years ago what my dream was I could never have imagined it would include being an insurance agent and owning my own building 🙃

Life is too short to punch the clock at a job you hate. What is your dream? What is the 1 thing you can do today to be one step closer to your dream?

I truly feel blessed to be able to help my community by having meaningful conversations to make sure they are covered when they need it most. Nobody says they want to grow up to be an insurance agent, but I sure am glad I gave insurance a chance!

Marsh Valley Homesteaders came and helped me get the flower beds cleaned out and hang my flag! They did a great job.
