NABIP is excited to partner with Agent Review on a new pilot program designed to strengthen consumer trust, professional identity verification and member visibility.

Approximately 250 members of NABIP’s Pinnacle Producer Circle will receive complimentary Agent Review Verified profiles for 12 months, combining third-party professional verification, video identity verification, consumer reviews and visible NABIP membership affiliation.

The pilot comes at a time of heightened focus on identity verification, fraud prevention and consumer protection across the health insurance market. Recent CMS actions to address unauthorized Marketplace enrollments and strengthen program integrity have underscored the importance of helping consumers distinguish legitimate, licensed insurance and benefits professionals from bad actors.

This is especially timely as we head into open enrollment, when millions of consumers will turn to insurance and benefits professionals for help navigating their coverage options.

NABIP is the first association representing health insurance and employee benefits professionals to partner with Agent Review.

The pilot will also explore how verified professional information and NABIP affiliation can strengthen members’ digital presence as consumers increasingly turn to search engines and AI-powered tools to find and evaluate insurance professionals.
