A great first step in a new chapter for Mno-Bmadsen’s Manufacturing Portfolio!

As Anthony prepares to officially join Mno-Bmadsen’s Manufacturing Portfolio as Chief Operating Officer, he recently visited Enmark Tool & Gage to meet the team and get a firsthand look at the operations.

During his visit, Anthony had the opportunity to connect with employees, tour the facility, and learn more about the work happening at Enmark. He’s excited to officially get started on August 31 and looks forward to meeting more of the team and visiting our other manufacturing companies.

The Mno-Bmadsen Pathways Program was honored to be a part of the recent Indiana Building Trades Executive Council Bi-Yearly Convention at Four Winds Casino South Bend!

Pokagon Band Elders Representative John Warren shared the rich history of the Pokagon Band, while Mno-Bmadsen Board Chairwoman Linda Cook highlighted Pathways and its goal of connecting Pokagon citizens with career opportunities. Chairwoman Cook also thanked the Indiana Building Trades Unions for being strong partners in creating these opportunities and helping us build a stronger future for generations to come.

Thank you to our union partners for walking this path with us! We look forward to working on many more projects together in the future!

We’re proud to celebrate the official closing of Lighthouse Ridge!

Congratulations to our partners at Bogan Developments and Wallick Communities on reaching this significant milestone. With financial and legal obligations met, construction can now move forward on this 52-unit affordable housing development in South Haven.

As part of the Mno-Bmadsen family of companies, Bodwé Professional Services Group provided professional services to this project. Lighthouse Ridge represents an exciting step forward in creating more affordable housing opportunities along Michigan’s Lakeshore and reflects the power of collaboration, thoughtful investment, and a shared commitment to building stronger communities for generations to come.

We’re proud to be part of this partnership and excited to see Lighthouse Ridge move from planning to construction!

Through the Pathways Program, in partnership with the Pokagon Band of Potawatomi Indians Department of Education, students participated in a STEM Camp designed to introduce them to technology, skilled trades, and potential career paths.

During the camp, students explored block coding using Sphero robots, programming them to navigate a maze, while also learning the basics of sheet metal fabrication and exploring careers in mechanical construction with the D.A. Dodd, LLC team.
