When one door finally closes, sometimes the RIGHT one opens almost immediately! 🏡🔑

Congratulations to Tab & DeAndre, who officially turned a challenging selling experience into an exciting new chapter with the purchase of their new home in Rochester!

Their journey came with a few extra challenges, including navigating the sale of their condo within a challenging HOA before they could move forward with their next purchase. But once that piece of the puzzle came together, things moved FAST.

Within just a couple of weeks of selling their condo, they found a great home, made their offer, and were under contract!

Their purchase contract gave us just 14 business days to get to the closing table, but our team had their loan clear-to-close in only 8 business days! In fact, we were ready to close early, but everyone ultimately decided to stick with the original closing date for convenience.
