For our Boulevard customers, please note that the city's paving on Emerson Street directly next to our financial center may cause limited vehicle access to our drive-up, ATM, and night drop. For banking transactions during business hours, we welcome you to enter our lobby for assistance. The ATM and night drop will remain accessible by foot, and parking in either of our lots is available with vehicle entry from the Boulevard.

*** Paving Update ***

The City of Dover is excited to announce that our paving contractor has begun profiling the following streets in preparation for paving:

Filmore Avenue
Miles Durr Drive
Monroe Street (from Shafer Avenue to the Boulevard)
Anola Avenue
Emmerson Street
South Bellevue Avenue
Perry Drive

We expect profiling to be completed today or tomorrow. Weather permitting, paving will follow immediately after. In the event of rain, profiling will continue around the area of the hospital.

Residents will have full access to their homes during this process. We ask that residents avoid parking on these streets while work is completed.

We look forward to providing more updates as the paving project continues.
