We’re proud to help strengthen fraud awareness in our community! 🛡️

Recently, the Tuscarawas County Public Library System brought staff from all six of its locations together for a Staff Development Day. As part of the training, our Deposit Operations Manager, Taylor Lehmiller, shared information about common bank fraud scams, warning signs, and ways individuals can help protect themselves.

Library staff are often a trusted resource for community members who have questions about potential scams or are looking for reliable information. We were grateful for the opportunity to help equip their team with additional knowledge they can share with the people they serve.

Fraud prevention is a topic Taylor is especially passionate about: “Knowledge is one of our strongest defenses against fraud. By staying informed and working together, we can protect our customers, our community, and each other.”

We 💙 supporting our local community organizations and yesterday was no exception! During the day, Kris Kreinbihl, Matt Miller, Scott Heil, and Matt Kinsey golfed in the Tuscarawas County YMCA Craig Rader Memorial Golf Outing, and in the evening, several of our Dover, New Philadelphia, and Uhrichsville team members enjoyed the annual Cleveland Clinic Union Hospital Auxiliary Handbag Bingo event.

Today we’re saying goodbye and best wishes to our summer intern, Carter Vandall, as he wraps up his final day with us and heads back to school!

We’re grateful for the energy and fresh perspective he brought to our team this summer. It’s been a pleasure having him with us, and we hope the experience was just as valuable for him as his contributions were to us.
